How do I sell a gift card?
Tap the button on any page to open our Telegram bot. Sign up, send your card details in the chat, and the bot shows you an offer for that card. If you accept, you are paid in crypto once the card has been checked.
Which gift cards do you accept?
We accept the brands listed on our gift cards page, across gaming, retail, prepaid, delivery and travel. The bot confirms whether your specific card can be accepted before you agree to anything.
How do I sign up?

How is the rate decided?
Rates are set daily for each brand. They move with demand for that brand and with the value of your card. See today's rate in the bot before you agree.
How do I get paid?
You are paid in crypto. The bot shows the exact amount before you agree.
How long does it take?
It depends on the card and on the checks it needs. The bot keeps you updated at every step, so you always know where your sale stands.
Why do I have to verify my identity?
Identity checks keep the service safe for everyone. They help stop stolen cards and scams, and they are required for a registered US company that pays out money. You only verify once, inside the bot.
Is my card information safe?
This website never asks for a card code, PIN or personal details. You only share card details inside our official Telegram bot, @giftcard_redemption_bot, and only after you choose to sell.
Can I sell a partly used card?
For many brands, yes. The bot reads the remaining balance and shows the offer for that amount. Some card types can only be sold unused, and the bot will tell you.
What if my card was already used?
A card that has been fully spent or redeemed to an account has nothing left to sell. If you think a card was used without your permission, contact the brand's support through its official website.
Is this a scam?
No. RedeemMyGiftCard is operated by GiftXD, LLC, a registered US company. We never ask you to buy gift cards, never contact you first, and only work through @giftcard_redemption_bot. If someone told you to buy gift cards to pay them, that person is the scam.
How do I get help?
Open the Telegram bot and use its help option. Real people answer support requests there. We do not offer support by phone or through other Telegram accounts.
