On a physical CVS gift card, the card number is on the back of the card, and the PIN is under a scratch-off strip close to it. Scratch slowly so you do not remove digits. For a CVS eGift card, the card number and PIN are in the email you received or on the page it links to. Keep that email, because it is your proof the card was sent to you.
What it looks like
A CVS gift card has a long card number made of digits and a shorter PIN, also digits. You need both. The bot asks for them separately, so keep them apart when you copy them.
